Includes an extra long 6.5-Foot wire for high ceiling installation with longer downrods. This fan provides an airflow of 1,764 cubic feet per minute and an airflow efficiency of 44 cubic feet per minute per watt with an electricity use of 40 watts. The fan height measures 12 1/32-Inch with a minimum ceiling height of 7 3/4 feet; flush mount installation measures 8 23/32-Inch. A canopy is included for a flush mount.
