The 310131OZ uses only 82-watts of electricity on high speed (not including any light), pushes 6,790 cubic feet per minute, and 82 cubic feet per minute per watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with four blades, one 6IN and one 12IN downrod, and integrated light kit, pull chains to operate the fan functions and the light kit. Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods (sold separately). In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18 inches from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7 feet above the floor.
