With a 172-by-14-mm motor and three 13-Inch blades and height of 15-Inch, this fan requires a minimum ceiling height of 8-Feet. Integrated light kit with one 75-Watt Halogen bulb included. This fan can be flush mounted by ordering Canopy MC90 which has a flush height of 10.5-Inch. This fan provides an airflow of 3,973-Cubic Feet per minute and an airflow efficiency of 65-Cubic Feet per minute per-Watt and is energy efficient with an electricity use of 61-Watt (excluding lights.) Remote control included with a combo hand-held and wall mount with down light feature.
